PURPOSE

Domestic Preparedness program is to provide assistance to emergency
responders in preparing for and responding to terrorist incidents involving
NBC (nuclear, biological, or chemical) agents.The target audience for the program is emergency responders and
response officials from local, state, and Federal agencies.
